Runaway Juvenile
The Morrow County Sheriff's Office is attempting to locate Matthew Hess. Matthew is 5'5" 135 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.
He is believed to be driving a 2017 Blue Chevy Equinox with Ohio registration GQR 8378. Matthew is believed to be wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with red lettering with the word Scarface on the front.
