Sheriff Bayles is pleased to share that the Delaware County Child Abduction Response Team (CART) has received its official certification from the U.S. Department of Justice. This multi-jurisdictional team is the 1st and ONLY certified CART Team in the State of Ohio. This team is only the 32nd team to obtain certification in the United States. Captain Ken Rittenour and Captain Lydia Frey of the Marion County Sheriff's Office represent MCSO on the CART Team! Congratulations everyone on this fantastic achievement!
