Morrow County Sheriff's Office Received a Complaint of Possible Threats at Highland High School

Threat

On June 1, 2022 the Morrow County Sheriff's Office received a complaint of possible threats at Highland High School.  

During school hours a student received a message that stated they would be shot.  Morrow County Deputies along with school personnel made sure that the student who allegedly made the threat was not in the school.  Morrow County Dispatchers were able to determine that the individual who allegedly made the threat was in the Columbus area at the time.  Morrow County Deputies working in collaboration with the Columbus Division of Police were able to take the juvenile into custody without incident.
